Information on this site, including prices, timelines and results, describes our services in general terms and is not an offer. Client work is governed by a separate written agreement, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Past results do not guarantee future results.
The calculator gives estimates based on public wage data and the inputs you choose. It is for planning only and is not a quote, a guarantee of savings, or financial advice. Your actual costs depend on your role, location, benefits and agreement.
Submitting an application does not create a job offer or an employment or contractor relationship. You agree that everything you submit is true and yours to share. With your permission, we share your profile, resume and voice intro with clients considering you for roles. Any engagement is governed by the written agreement you sign at that time. We are an equal opportunity organization and do not discriminate on any basis protected by law.
Program name: RevHires Messaging. Program description: texts from RevHires about calls you scheduled, your application or placement, your account, and service updates. If you separately agree to marketing texts, we may also send occasional news and offers about our services.
Consent language used on our forms: "By checking this box, I agree to receive text messages from RevHires about my scheduled calls, application and account at the number provided. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase or employment. See our Privacy Policy and Terms."
Calls with RevHires and with our reps may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training and record keeping. We tell you at the start of a recorded call, and in states that require every party's consent, we only record with that consent. If you do not want to be recorded, tell us and we will stop recording or end the call. Details are on our Audio Consent page.
When our reps call or text on behalf of a client, they follow the client's consent records, honor do-not-call requests and follow federal and state calling-hour rules. To stop calls about a client's business, tell the rep or contact us and we will pass the request to the client and add you to the internal do-not-call list.
The site, our brand, text, graphics, videos and the calculator belong to RevHires or our licensors. You may view and share pages for personal or internal business use. You may not copy, modify or reuse them for other purposes without written permission.
The site uses or links to third-party services, such as Jotform for applications, Wistia for video and scheduling tools for calls. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services.
The site and its content are provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, RevHires will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, arising from your use of the site or text program. Our total liability for any claim related to the site is limited to $100. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
You agree to defend and hold RevHires harmless from claims arising from your misuse of the site, information you submit, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules. You agree that any dispute related to the site will be brought in the state or federal courts in Sacramento County, California, unless the law where you live requires otherwise.
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If a change is material, we will give notice on the site before it takes effect. Continued use of the site after that means you accept the updated terms.
