Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal information REVCHIMP INC., doing business as RevHires ("RevHires," "we," "us") collects, how we use and share it, how text messaging works, and the choices and rights you have. It covers our website, our client services, our candidate and rep programs, and our calls, emails and text messages.

Last updated October 21, 2026

Who this policy covers

This policy applies to:

  • Visitors to our website and landing pages.
  • Prospective and current clients, and the people who work for them.
  • Candidates who apply to work with us, and reps who work on client accounts, including people in Latin America, South Africa and Egypt.
  • People who receive calls, emails or text messages from us.

When our reps contact your customers or leads on your behalf as a client, you are the business responsible for that contact list and its consents. We process that information as your service provider under our client agreement.

Information we collect

Depending on how you interact with us, we collect:

  • Identifiers: name, email address, phone number, mailing address, IP address, device and browser identifiers.
  • Professional and employment information: company, title, work history, resume, LinkedIn profile, education, skills, languages, availability and references.
  • Audio and video: voice introductions, interview recordings, testimonial videos, and recordings of calls made or received by our reps, where permitted and disclosed.
  • Performance information for reps: call outcomes, QA scorecards, attendance and time records.
  • Commercial information: services you asked about or bought, invoices and payment status.
  • Communications: the content of emails, chats, forms and text messages you send us, and your messaging preferences and consent records.
  • Internet activity: pages viewed, links clicked, referring sites, and how you use our site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
  • Payment details for reps, such as the account used to receive pay. We do not store full card numbers on our systems.

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information such as government ID numbers, health information or precise geolocation through our website. If a client engagement involves protected health information, we handle it under a separate written agreement with that client.

Where we get it

  • Directly from you, through forms, applications, calls, emails, texts and meetings.
  • Automatically, through cookies, pixels and server logs when you use our site.
  • From clients, who share lead and customer lists so our reps can work their accounts.
  • From public and professional sources, such as LinkedIn and job boards, and from referrals.
  • From service providers that help us run ads, analytics, scheduling and recruiting.

How we use it

  • To provide our services: build, train and manage rep pods, place talent and report results to clients.
  • To recruit: review applications and voice intros, interview, match candidates with hiring managers and onboard reps.
  • To communicate: answer questions, schedule calls, send service and account messages and, with your consent, marketing.
  • To run quality assurance: score calls, coach reps and improve training.
  • To operate and secure our site and systems, prevent fraud and fix problems.
  • To measure and improve our marketing and website.
  • To meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory obligations, and to enforce our agreements.

We may use automated tools, including AI, to transcribe and score calls and to help screen applications. People on our team review the results and make the hiring and staffing decisions.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send you messages about scheduled calls, your application, your account and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. You can also opt out by telling us in any reasonable way, such as by email or on a call. Consent to receive texts is never a condition of buying anything or of being hired.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties. The only exception is sharing with the service providers that deliver our messages, such as our messaging platform and carriers, solely to send the messages you agreed to receive.

Full program terms are in our Terms of Service, under Text messaging program.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers that process information for us under contract, including website hosting (Webflow), CRM and phone systems (GoHighLevel and Twilio), forms (Jotform), video hosting (Wistia), email and file storage (Google Workspace), team tools (Slack, ClickUp, Hubstaff), automation (Zapier, Make) and payment providers for reps.
  • Clients and hiring managers: if you apply with us, we share your profile, resume, voice intro and interview notes with clients considering you for a role. You can ask us to stop at any time.
  • Advertising partners: we use pixels and conversion tools from platforms such as Meta and Google to measure and improve our ads. Under some state laws this may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. You can opt out as described below.
  • Professional advisers, such as lawyers and accountants, under confidentiality duties.
  • Authorities, when required by law or to protect rights, safety and property.
  • A buyer or successor, if we are involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar tools to run the site, remember preferences, measure traffic and measure our ads. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a request to opt out of sale and sharing for that browser.

How long we keep it

  • Client and billing records: for the life of the relationship plus up to 7 years for tax and legal purposes.
  • Applications and candidate profiles: up to 3 years after your last activity, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
  • Call recordings and QA records: up to 12 months, unless a client agreement or the law requires a different period.
  • Marketing and messaging consent records: for as long as needed to prove consent, which may be up to 5 years.
  • Website analytics: up to 26 months.

When we no longer need information, we delete it or de-identify it.

How we protect it
