Audio Consent

We use audio and video in two ways: rep voice samples and stories that help clients hear the talent, and call recordings used for quality and coaching. This page explains the consent behind each, and how to withdraw it.

Rep voice samples and videos

The rep voices, videos and photos on our site and in our ads are shared with the written consent of each rep. Before we use anything, the rep signs an audio and likeness consent that covers:

  • Which recordings we may use, such as a voice intro, a role-play clip or a testimonial video.
  • Where we may use them: our website, sales materials, candidate profiles sent to clients, and ads.
  • That clips never include real customer names, numbers or account details.
  • That the rep can withdraw consent at any time.

Sample audio built from real client calls is only used with the client's written approval, and with customer details removed.

Call recording

Calls made or received by RevHires and our reps may be recorded and monitored for quality assurance, training and record keeping. We give notice at the start of recorded calls, for example: "This call may be recorded for quality and training."

Some states, including California, Florida, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Montana, New Hampshire, Pennsylvania and Washington, require every party's consent to record. On calls with people in those states, we record only when the person has been told and agrees, and we stop recording if they object.

How recordings are used

  • Quality assurance scoring and coaching for reps.
  • Reports to the client whose account the call was made on.
  • Resolving disputes and confirming consent or opt-out requests.
  • Transcription and AI-assisted scoring, under the controls on our NDA and Data Handling page.

We do not sell recordings, and we do not use them in ads without the written consent described above.

Keeping and deleting recordings

Recordings are kept for 12 months by default, or on the schedule in the client agreement. To ask for a copy or deletion of a recording of you, email privacy@revhires.com with the date, time and phone number of the call. If the call was made for a client, we will work with the client, who controls that data, to respond.
